- NEEP listed Cold Climate Air-Source Heat Pump or
- ENERGY STAR Air-Source Heat Pump or
- ENERGY STAR Ground-Source Heat Pump
- ENERGY STAR Heat Pump Water Heater
- Mechanical Ventilation - ERV or HRV
- ENERGY STAR appliances (Clothes washer, Heat Pump Dryer or Energy Star Dryer with Delay Start/Scheduling, Dishwasher, and Refrigerator)
- EV Level II Charger or EV Ready Home
- Home Energy Rating System (HERS) score of 60 or less
- Signed copy of the pre-construction/design assist HERS rating submitted prior to starting construction.
- Signed copy of the final HERS Report once construction is completed.

When filling out an online rebate form, make sure you have a copy of the invoice, model and serial numbers needed to complete the form. Online rebate forms are not able to be saved and retrieved at a later time to complete. Proof of purchase must accompany rebate application in the form of an invoice(s) and/or receipt(s).
** Applications must be submitted within three (3) months of the purchase/installed date (based on member's invoice or receipt date) and are subject to 2025 rebate eligibility if received after December 31, 2024.
